Hello all! Take a look at my buisness profile/page on Facebook. Facebook seems like something to use for talking to friends or making events to keep in touch. However, Facebook can also be used as an electronic buisness card. Potential employers can look at a person's buisness Facebook page and they can tell alot about a person, just as they would be able to do if they were to read a resume. This is a more environmentally friendly way of communicating in a buisness sense because there would be less trees killed from many pages of resumes printed out over the years. Also, it provides a easier path for the employer to see what the person is capable of doing.

Writing styles are also shown in the Facebook profiles. A person who cannot write cannot give off a good impression via they're resume, and through that, they will not be able to make an impression when the employer reads the posts and information on the Facebook profile. So Facebook is more than just a communication method for keeping in touch with friends. Facebook can be used to potentially get the job of your dreams!
